Eric O’Rourke is a senior director at FORREC, an experience design company. Eric effectively assesses a client’s goals and expectations, matches them with project development realities, and shapes the resulting project into a memorable guest experience. As a trusted, proven leader and big picture thinker, he effectively realizes clients’ goals and projects through creative solutions. After joining FORREC in 2010 as director of resorts, he has led many high-profile and impactful projects across the globe such as American Heartland, the MOTIONGATE ™ expansion, including John Wick: Open Contract and Now You See Me attractions, as well as Sun Group’s portfolio of projects and strategic partnership with FORREC. Beyond the highly visible international experience design projects, Eric keeps a pulse on shaping resorts and lifestyle communities in Ontario, Canada including his work on Taboo Resort and St. Elizabeth. For Eric, it is all about the journey rather than the destination. He can be found scuba diving in tropical waters, paddling around Little Bob Lake and championing sustainability initiatives for himself and his clients!
