Raquel Kieling is the Director of Project Management at FORREC. She is driven by working with people from different backgrounds, supporting her team, and helping clients achieve their goals through collaboration and guidance. Being able to motivate people to design, innovate, and create spaces that will positively impact others is why she is so passionate about experience design. Raquel joined FORREC in 2015 as an Intermediate Designer working on master planning and architectural design. Within two years, Raquel went from an Intermediate Designer to managing some of the largest projects at FORREC including Ski Dubai Revitalization, American Heartland, LEGOLAND Shanghai, and Dollywood Wildwood Grove Expansion.
With her undeniable ability to build genuine relationships, handle large, complex projects, and navigate several aspects of design, Raquel is an integral part of the FORREC team, not to mention her unique theme park expertise! For fun, Raquel enjoys spending it in both ways: either super active or super lazy! She likes to watch TV series, read books and cuddle with her cats – when not keeping up with her kids. On the other side, she likes being active whether it’s doing reno work, hiking or biking.
