A Senior Director at FORREC with more than 30 years of international experience in destination development, master planning, entertainment, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects, Steve is known for his ability to define a project’s overarching vision and translate it into clear design strategies.
Steve has played a significant role in FORREC’s growth across Asia, with extensive experience throughout Southeast Asia, China, and India. He served as Regional Managing Principal for China for eight years and currently leads FORREC’s business and project initiatives in India.
Recognized for his strategic perspective, Steve excels at identifying a project’s broader potential, integrating placemaking, guest experience, business objectives, and long-term market relevance into a cohesive vision that guides decision-making throughout the design process.
