Louise is FORREC’s Director of People, shaping a workplace where creativity, collaboration, and growth are core to the employee experience. She leads talent strategy, organizational culture, and employee development, ensuring FORREC’s people have the support and structure they need to excel. Her multidisciplinary background — spanning HR, Project Management, Operations, Business Development, and Communications — gives her a strategic and people‑first lens. Louise holds a Communications degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, with a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation, and advanced leadership and communication training from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Beyond the office, Louise is an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves camping, hiking, canoeing, and bird watching. She’s also a passionate traveler and enjoys finding immersive nature experiences.
