Based in Mumbai, Neelabh Kapoor joins FORREC as our Consulting Regional Director, India.
FORREC has a long-standing history in India, beginning in 1995 with our first major entertainment project in Bangalore. Over the years we have strengthened our presence through involvement in numerous integrated leisure developments and experiential design projects within the National Capital Region (NCR). We have remained deeply committed to the region and are excited to continue contributing to the industry’s growth. India has a strong commitment to leisure and cultural development in support of their broader tourism strategy and FORREC is proud to be at the forefront of this exciting trend.
Today, we are pleased to announce that Neelabh Kapoor has joined FORREC as Consulting Regional Director for India. Neelabh will lead business development initiatives, support our valued partners, and further strengthen FORREC’s presence in the region. Neelabh Kapoor is an award-winning architect, designer, and real estate expert with over 25 years of experience. He brings exceptional expertise in experiential design, luxury real estate, branded hospitality, and thematic developments. Based in Mumbai, with an office in Dubai, Studio Neelabh will collaborate closely with FORREC to merge global design excellence with local insight—driving transformative growth across India’s entertainment, real estate, and experiential sectors.
