This vibrant mixed-use development will be situated in the heart of Jakarta, on a 4.2-hectare site, located near the District 8 project that is currently under construction. District 8 will create an iconic and desirable urban destination with a dynamic mix of residential, retail, entertainment and commercial uses, and a five-star hotel.

The project and Agung Sedayu Group was the winner of 17 awards at the 2017 Indonesia Property Awards. The complex is environmentally sustainable, family-friendly, comfortable and secure, and contains significant areas of public space for entertainment events, and casual gatherings.
