Fatmawati City Centre

Jakarta, Indonesia

FORREC’s design vision for Fatmawati City Centre was led by several key ideas, namely, to create a vibrant new hub in South Jakarta
with a global significance and a commitment to pedestrian traffic and 70% green coverage. FORREC had to address the existing site’s topography and relationships to a neighboring site and develop a seamless connection between private residential and leisure, retail and businesses areas.

Accommodating a broad range of new businesses and entertainment spaces, connected by skybridges and underground concourses, the historical prominence of the Fatmawati region is celebrated in every detail.
