Aquabella Bayside

Aquabella is a new mixed-use development in the Bayside community on Toronto’s waterfront. Nature weaves through all levels of the building, blurring the lines between public and private spaces to expand the public realm.

The ground level design prioritizes pedestrian and neighbourhood interaction. A pedestrian only tree-lined mews connects the townhouses at grade to the adjacent public park. Porches and gardens buffer between public and private while connecting seamlessly with the park and promenade.

Stepped terraces create a distinctive multistorey vertical garden to enhance the street level views. The terraces provide residences with airy outdoor spaces with spectacular sightlines to the lake, park, and city, while maintaining privacy between adjacent balconies.
