Ba Den Mountain’s inherent natural properties and its history as a spiritual destination present an incredible opportunity to create and build a landmark tourist destination, known as the Ba Den Mountain Resort.
Located two hours northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, near the Cambodian border, the project is divided between an arrival village area with commercial real estate opportunities, and a mountaintop experience at 986m above sea level that guests access using a cable car.
This mountain top destination will act as a visual beacon with five resorts surrounding a central core village of retail and dining opportunities, indoor state-of-the-art attractions, strategic look-out points and a “Royal Garden”. At the top of the mountain is a 40 to 50m tall spiritual Guanyin. It will act as an anchor program along with a supporting museum and pagoda to draw guests to the mountain top.
FORREC was commissioned to undertake six separate scopes of work for Ba Dan Mountain and create different themed areas.
